Loyalty Program Rules and Regulations

Program Explanation
The Trillium Creek Loyalty Program rewards clients for their loyal business by awarding Loyalty Points for every dollar spent on qualified retail items. The Trillium Creek Loyalty Program does not apply to any dollar spent for medical services that are covered by Medicare, any commercial health insurer, or plan.

Joining the Loyalty Program
To become a member of the Trillium Creek Loyalty Program, you need to have a valid, working e-mail address, which you must register with Trillium Creek. All clients with a valid, registered, working e-mail address who purchase qualified retail items from The Boutique at Trillium Creek automatically earn Loyalty Points.

Earning Loyalty Points
Clients earn Loyalty Points by purchasing qualified retail items from The Boutique at Trillium Creek or by attending select Trillium Creek events and by using an acceptable payment method, including cash, check, credit or a Trillium Creek Gift Certificate. One Loyalty Point is earned for each dollar (excluding taxes) that a client spends on qualified retail items. If a discount applies to a qualified retail item, Loyalty Points will be awarded based on the final dollar amount actually paid.

Loyalty Points are non-transferable and can only be earned for the client who actually purchases the qualified retail item. Friends and relatives (such as parents, children, siblings and any other family member) cannot earn or receive Loyalty Points for one another.

Redeeming Loyalty Points
Loyalty Points may be redeemed for discounts on qualified retail items from The Boutique at Trillium Creek.

Loyalty Points do not expire. Clients may redeem Loyalty Points at any time. Fifty (50) Loyalty Points equal one dollar ($1.00). For example, a client who earns one thousand (1,000) Loyalty Points can redeem his/her Loyalty Points for a twenty dollar ($20.00) discount on a future purchase. Loyalty Points cannot be redeemed for cash or used to purchase gift certificates.

Conditions and Rules of Participation and Reservation of Rights
Federal and State tax liabilities for qualified retail items that count toward Loyalty Points remain the client’s sole responsibility. Taxes due on qualified retail items purchased with dollars must be paid with dollars.

The Trillium Creek Loyalty Program and its benefits are offered at the sole discretion of Trillium Creek.

Trillium Creek is not responsible for informing clients of Loyalty Point balances.

Trillium Creek reserves the right, at any time, without advance notice, to audit a client’s Loyalty Point balance, and to suspend or terminate any participating client who violates Loyalty Program conditions or rules.

Trillium Creek is not responsible for notifying clients that they have been suspended or terminated from the Loyalty Program.

If a client is terminated for any reason, or if Trillium Creek discontinues the Loyalty Program, the client will lose all Loyalty Points that have not been redeemed.

This promotional offer is extended as a courtesy to clients. Trillium Creek reserves the right to make changes to the Loyalty Program, including its terms and conditions, or to discontinue the Loyalty Program at any time, without advance notice.
