Spider Vein Removal

Spider veins are tiny purple and red blood vessels generally found on the thigh, lower leg, face and nose. Most people feel that these capillaries detract from their appearance. With a quick and easy laser treatment, there is no longer a reason you must live with this condition.

OVERVIEW
Spider veins are typically developed during middle age and are generally part of the aging process. These veins can be hereditary, a result of overexposure to the sun, hormones, or simply due to genetics.

Spider veins can be treated effectively with laser therapy and typically disappear after treatment within a period of 4-6 weeks.

TREATMENT
Laser technology now permits the safe and effective removal of spider veins on the legs, face and nose. Laser vein removal is surprisingly easy, fast, and effective. The laser light heats the vein without burning the skin above. The laser will shoot a concentrated beam of light through your surface skin that is preferentially absorbed by the hemoglobin in the vein. As the vein is heated (a process that occurs in 1/20th of a second), the walls of the vein collapse and thus blood flow is stopped.

RESULTS
Over a period of 4-6 weeks, the treated veins are reabsorbed by the body and disappear permanently.
